It’s been a good day or two for Cynical Ballads. First my gurning mug was on the front page of the The Scotsman’s Festival Supplement, then they gave me a FIVE STAR REVIEW. Jay Richardson, who is no push-over said:

As if that wasn’t enough, I got through to the final 3 comedians in The Amused Moose Laughter Award. The final is on Sunday. If I win I get five grand and a DVD deal. Exciting.
My family have arrived in Edinburgh so I am distancing myself from the madness for a few days and recharging my batteries. Well, as much as one can with a two year old around. Toodle-pip.
