Last night was the inaugural HOMEWORK event. We had 100 people crammed into the small upstairs room at The Horse & Groom in Shoreditch. You know it’s a good gig when the audience have to sit on the edge of the stage. Everyone performed well and the crowd were particularly lovely to us.

Last night I hosted four exciting poets at The Temple at The Great Eastern Hotel. We recorded the show a radio pilot. The poets were Ross Sutherland, Kate Tempest, Byron Vincent & Dockers MC. Each poet performed three poems. The audience were at a capacity 120. The atmosphere was as good as anything I’ve experienced [...]
